Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

We strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of project commencement
  • Refunds are only applicable for services not yet delivered
  • Custom development work once started is non-refundable
  • Training program refunds are subject to attendance and progress

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your project or service at any time by providing written notice. Please note:

  • Cancellations made before work begins: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
  • Cancellations made after work begins: Refund based on work completed
  • No refunds for completed projects or services
  • Training program cancellations must be made 3 days before start date

Payment Terms

Our payment terms are as follows:

  • 50% advance payment required to start any project
  • Remaining 50% payment upon project completion
  • Monthly billing for ongoing services
  • Training fees must be paid in advance

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days and credited to the original payment method.
