Refund Eligibility
We strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of project commencement
- Refunds are only applicable for services not yet delivered
- Custom development work once started is non-refundable
- Training program refunds are subject to attendance and progress
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your project or service at any time by providing written notice. Please note:
- Cancellations made before work begins: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
- Cancellations made after work begins: Refund based on work completed
- No refunds for completed projects or services
- Training program cancellations must be made 3 days before start date
Payment Terms
Our payment terms are as follows:
- 50% advance payment required to start any project
- Remaining 50% payment upon project completion
- Monthly billing for ongoing services
- Training fees must be paid in advance

Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days and credited to the original payment method.
