1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Anurag IT Solutions Training Division website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this website.

2. Training Services

Anurag IT Solutions provides IT training services including but not limited to:

• Web Development courses
• Digital Marketing training
• Graphic Design courses
• Python Programming
• Mobile App Development
• UI/UX Design

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any training program at any time without prior notice.

3. Enrollment and Registration

To enroll in any training program, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• Pay the applicable course fees in full or as per the installment plan
• Agree to attend classes regularly and complete assignments

4. Payment Terms

All course fees must be paid in advance unless a payment plan is agreed upon. Payment can be made through:

• Bank Transfer
• UPI/Payment Apps
• Cash (in person)
• Online Payment Gateway

Course fees are subject to change without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect already enrolled students for the current batch.

5. Attendance and Participation

Students are expected to:

• Attend all scheduled classes punctually
• Complete all assignments and projects on time
• Participate actively in practical sessions
• Maintain proper conduct during training sessions

Excessive absences may result in removal from the program without refund.

6. Certificates and Credentials

Upon successful completion of any training program, students will receive a certificate of completion. Certificate issuance is subject to:

• Minimum 80% attendance
• Completion of all assignments and projects
• Passing the final assessment (if applicable)

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources provided by Anurag IT Solutions are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Students may not:

• Reproduce or distribute course materials without permission
• Share login credentials with others
• Use course content for commercial purposes

8. Limitation of Liability

Anurag IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our training services. We do not guarantee employment or specific career outcomes upon course completion.

9. Code of Conduct

All students must maintain professional conduct at all times. We have zero tolerance for:

• Harassment or discrimination of any kind
• Disruptive behavior in classes
• Violation of computer ethics and security
• Use of inappropriate language or content

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajamahendravaram, Andhra Pradesh.
